Return Policy
1. Refunds
Books may be returned to Memorial University Press, so long as the product is in original condition and is returned within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the invoice.
Shipping expenses to return products are the responsibility of the customer, and the customer is responsible for any loss or damage to goods during shipment.
Upon receipt of the returned item in original condition, Memorial University Press will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges
Memorial University Press will exchange goods which are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, please promptly contact us at mupress@mun.ca or 709-864-2865 with details of the product and the defect.
Delivery Policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

We ship across Canada, the US, and internationally.
3. Delivery Time
Memorial University Press ships using Canada Post. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. If you require a method of shipping not offered in our online checkout, please contact us prior to placing your order at mupress@mun.ca or 709-864-2865.
We make every effort to ship books within 2 business days of receiving an order. Business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method you select. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, proceed to the checkout page, and fill in your shipping address. Shipping options will be displayed based on your location. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
